Class board + round timer

The mat TV runs the board. Morgan’s Android phone runs the timer and stays plugged into the speakers, exactly as today. Shown in the order he would actually meet them.

Refer by number. Say “2.3 needs work” and I’ll know exactly what you mean.

The TV shows a six-digit code; Morgan types it into the app. From then on the phone drives the screen and the TV is never touched again — no URL to type on a remote, no menu to find.

The state the screen sits in for most of the day. Times and class names are sized to read across the room; the next class carries the highlight and a countdown.

Clock owns the screen. The timeline underneath is proportional to real durations, so the filled portion is genuine progress — a glance tells the coach where the class is without doing arithmetic.

The whole field changes colour, so the state reads before anyone focuses on a number. The same colour is in Morgan’s hand and on the wall.
